Marci joined HCMS in 2021 and brings over She has over 15 years of experience in medical practice operations clinic management, revenue cycle oversight, and business development. She has over 30 years of customer service relations. As Practice Administrator, she plays a vital role in shaping the organization's success- leading human resources, credentialing, billing, marketing and strategic planning. Marci holds a marketing/management and accounting degree. Marci is known for her hands-on leadership style and unwavering commitment to building systems that support both patients and providers.
As a mother of three, Marci's personal life reflects dedication and resilience. Her oldest daughter is a Nurse Practitioner, her son is in aerospace engineering in the Army, her youngest is a vibrant autistic teen daughter, which continues to inspire Marci's advocacy for neurodiversity and inclusion. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with her own unique twists on recipes, music, volunteering and animals.
Breann joined House Call Medical Services in 2025 as the Director of Clinical Services, bringing over a decade of leadership experience. Her career has been defined by a passion for providing well-organized, person-centered care and building strong, knowledgeable teams dedicated to improving the lives of those they serve. Breann’s love for people allows her to connect deeply
with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration in every setting.
Outside of her professional work, she is a devoted wife and mother to three children—two girls and a boy. Deeply involved in their church, the Beagley family lives their Christian values by sharing the love of Christ through service, fellowship, and a willingness to help others in their community. Breann can often be found at the softball fields or dance studio—and soon, the
baseball and soccer fields as well. In spare time, she and her family enjoy time together at Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas.
Cathy joined House Call Medical Services as a Behavioral Health Liaison in 2025, bringing 5 years of experience in healthcare and patient service. She plays a key role in contacting our patients, visiting patients, as well as speaking to patients' family members. Acting as a support system for facilities through communication and quick response to any needs that a facility might have in regards to the care of our patients.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson, being outdoors, studying the word of God, and loving all of her animals. She is a very proud Wife, Mom, Nana, and Great Nana. She finds joy in loving people and going above and beyond to make everyone she meets feel loved and special.
Emma joined HCMS as a Finance Intern in 2025, bringing a strong foundation in finance and a growing interest in healthcare operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Newman University, where she is also a member of the university’s softball team, and is currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
At HCMS, Emma supports the finance department with budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis. She is passionate about using financial tools to support effective healthcare delivery and is eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Outside of work, Emma volunteers with the Valley Center Animal League, enjoys reading, and stays active through college athletics.
Giovanna joined House Call Medical Services as Intake Coordinator in 2023, bringing 2 years of experience in healthcare administration and patient services. She plays a key role in our intake process with new patients, ensuring patients are scheduled promptly. Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and her three dogs. She is a proud daughter and fiancée, and she also finds joy in growing her small business of cake decorating.
Kalesy joined House Call Medical Services as a Behavioral Health Clinical Assistant in 2025. She graduated from college with a degree in Pre-Med Diagnostic Sonography and General Sciences. She plays a key role in the psychiatric department as a clinical assistant to the providers. She handles scheduling, taking care of patients, as well as visiting patients in facilities and homes.
Outside of work, Kales enjoys reading, spending time with her family, as well as traveling. She is proud of her parents and sister for all the troubles they have triumphed over and looks to them as key role models in how she has grown as a person. She finds joy in going to church, helping people (patients and strangers alike), as well as cooking.
Shanea joined HCMS in 2024. She has 14 years of experience working in long-term care and assisted living as both a CNA and CMA. Over the years, she has developed a strong skill set in patient support, medication administration, and teamwork, always striving to make a positive difference in each person’s day.
When she is not at work, Shanea enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hanging out with her dogs, and occasionally exploring her creative side through makeup and photography.
Sabrina Jenek joined House Call Medical Services in 2024, bringing with her over a decade of invaluable experience in the healthcare sector. Her extensive background includes roles in Medical Administration, Hospice, and Dementia care, making her a versatile and knowledgeable addition to the team.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys a fulfilling personal life. She finds joy in baking with her son, a household lively with three energetic dogs that keep her on her toes. She can be found watching a movie with her husband or watching the sunset in their country home together.
Sandi joined House Call Medical Services as a scribe in 2021, bringing 25 years of experience in medical assisting, medical transcription, medical billing, medical administration, and office management. She plays a key role as the medical assistant to three of our providers.
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husky, Shasta. She is a proud parent of two daughters and grandparent of one grandson, and finds joy in spending time with family and friends.
Shelby joined House Call Medical Services as a Clinical Assistant in 2018 and has since transitioned to our Administrative Assistant. She is a graduate of Wichita State University, holding a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Minor in American Sign Language. Throughout the years, she has played a key role in serving as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and collaborating companies. She has contributed to improving clinical workflows, assisted in onboarding and training of new employees, and often acts as our own personal Geek Squad. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She finds joy in helping people and loves getting to listen to patients' stories.
Tanessa joined House Call Medical Services as clinical assistant in 2024, bringing 10 years of experience in medical transcription. She plays a key role in improving workflow of the wound care team from the office and field.
Outside of work, Tanessa enjoys undertaking home improvement/DIY projects, crafting and spending time with family. She is a proud mother (to humans and furbabies alike) and finds joy in supporting her son's love for basketball and her daughter's love for being on the stage.
Dennis was rescued by our owner as a kitten and given to Doug Stark, owner of Comfort Care Homes, as a birthday present. He has patrolled the office for the last ten years, seeking out treats and attention. Oftentimes, you can find him sleeping in his cat tree or playing with his toys.
