Marci Bacon, Office Manager
Marci joined HCMS as the office manager in 2021. She has over 25 years of experience in customer service, medical billing, clinic management, business office management, and business development. Marci is a mother of three. Outside the office, she can be found baking, volunteering, or listening to a podcast. Her oldest daughter is in nursing, her son is an aerospace engineer in the Army, and she has a vibrant autistic teen daughter.
Shelby Fernandez, Administrative Assistant
Shelby has been with the company since 2018. During her time at the company, she has done a little of everything and is an encyclopedia of all things HCMS.
She loves to read, spend time in nature, and keep everyone in the office on their toes with a little chaos. Currently, she is attending Wichita State to obtain her undergraduate in Communications, Sciences, & Disorders in hopes to pursue her Doctorate in Audiology.
Sandi Sammons, MAA, Clinical Assistant
Sandi joined HCMS in 2021. She has worked in the medical field since 1988 and has experience in both clinical and research medicine. She holds a degree in medical administration and provides both clinical and administrative support to the practice.
Sandi is currently pursuing a degree in psychology. She loves to read, cook/bake, and spend time with her Husky, Shasta.
Jill Meadows, CPhT, Billing Manager
Jill has been with HCMS since 2022. She has over 30 years of pharmacy experience and has been nationally certified since 2008. Jill provides billing support and coordinates chronic care management.
Along with her CPhT, Jill holds a bachelors in Elementary Education from Friends University. She also plays piano, collects frogs, and is learning Italian.
Giovanna Ornelas, Intake Coordinator
Gio has been with our company since 2023. She is an experienced CNA with a background in Human Resources. Gio coordinates all incoming referrals. She brings a vibrant energy to the office with personality and skills.
Gio has 3 dogs, owns a cake-baking business on the side, and enjoys spending time with her family.
RaShae Brown, assistant
RaShae joined HCMS in 2023. She has been working in healthcare since 2001 in various settings.
She loves to travel, read, and run her boutique!
Sabrina Jenek, Clinical Assistant
Sabrina joined HCMS in 2024. She has extensive experience in Home Health/Hospice, Senior Living, and Medical Administration Management.
When Sabrina is not working, she's at home cooking and baking with her son and two fur babies. You can also find her watching a movie with her husband or even chasing a couple cows. She brings a bubbly personality to the group and gets along with the chaos.
Dennis, Director of Security & Attention Seeker
Dennis was rescued by our owner as a kitten and given to Doug Stark, owner of Comfort Care Homes, as a birthday present. He has patrolled the office for the last eight years, seeking out treats and attention. Often times you can find him sleeping in his cat tree or playing with his toys.
