Behavioral Health Care Liaison:
The behavioral health care liaison will act as a vital link between individuals, providers, and community resources to improve access to and coordination of behavioral health services, specifically with patients experiencing Dementia. Key responsibilities include screening patients, working with clinical providers to develop care plans, then working with patients, families, or facilities to provide the support services required for effective collaborating with community partners and family members, and providing education and advocacy to reduce stigma and improve mental health outcomes.
Medical Billing & Coding Specialist:
The Medical Coding Specialist will evaluate medical records and charge tickets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the ICD-10-CM, CPT, CPT II, and HPCS Level II. While much of the coding mainly is for primary care, there will also be records and charge tickets for wound care and behavioral health requirements. The Specialist will also provide technical guidance and training on medical coding to physicians and staff.
Clinical Assistant:
The Clinical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting House Call Medical Services’ (HCMS) practitioners across primary care, wound care, and behavioral health. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality care. Responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and accurate documentation, as well as assisting practitioners during visits. The Clinical Assistant serves as a critical link between patients, providers, and the care team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive patient experience.
Executive Assistant to the CEO:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for assisting the company CEO | Owner with administrative support for both companies, House Call Medical Services and Bennett Supply Services. This role ensures detail to accuracy, integrity, adherence to confidentiality at the highest level, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Will be the primary contact for ensuring timely management and processing of all provider credentialing while also supporting executive-level administrative needs for the CEO.
Nurse Practitioner (APRN):
The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care primarily in a mobile medical health services setting; examine and treat chronic and acute episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries/illnesses; requests selected laboratory testing; offer referrals to physicians, write prescriptions, and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment. The Nurse Practitioner will also work with the Director of Clinical Services and occasionally the Primary Healthcare Medical Provider in the care and treatment of residents and staff.
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC):
The Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management services to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care. The Practitioner will also work with the Director of Clinical Services and occasionally the Primary Healthcare Medical Provider in the care and treatment of residents and staff.
