Meet our billing staff

Jill Meadows, CPhT, Billing Manager

Jill Meadows joined HCMS in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and evolved into the role of Billing Manager in 2024. Her background is in pharmacy, where she served as the Lead Pharmacy Technician and Logistics Manager. She maintains her pharmacy certification and has since earned both her coding and billing certifications.

Jill is always glad to assist patients with questions regarding their insurance or statements and is dedicated to making the billing process clear and supportive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gaming, learning Italian, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Elkie. Jill finds joy in encouraging others wherever she goes.

Denelyn Delima, Billing

Denelyn is the First Filipino to join HCMS in 2023. She's a Medical Biller by heart. With her consistent progress, she was given a Medical Coder role and promoted to Lead Billing Trainer. Her goal is to provide good quality services while maintaining a harmonious environment. When offline, she goes walking, gym, to church, and tries out new cafes and restaurants with her family.

Gabby Ramboanga, Billing

Gabby joined House Call Medical Services as a Billing/Claims Specialist in 2024, bringing 13 years of experience in healthcare insurance and customer service. She plays a key role in ensuring that insurance claims are processed accurately. Her responsibilities include conducting follow-up calls for disputes or reconsiderations and submitting the necessary documents to fully process claims. In addition, she reviews eligibility discrepancies to ensure the patient's insurance is ready for billing before their visit.

Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, freediving, and participating in a variety of outdoor activities. She is a proud fur parent to 2 adorable dogs and finds joy in cooking, practicing musical instruments, and simply spending quality time with loved ones. She is also a strong advocate for responsible pet ownership, raising awareness of related issues within the local community and supporting non-profit organizations and animal shelters focused on animal welfare.

Jodi Kinniburgh, Billing

Jodi Kinniburgh joined House Call Medical Services as a Medical Biller in 2024. She plays a key role in billing Home Health and Hospice Certifications, INR, uploading patient documents, and offers support to the Billing Manager, helping with projects. Jodi improves our workflow, ensuring a smoother billing experience.

Outside of work, Jodi spends time with family and friends,  finds joy in attending her home church, and reading her Bible. Jodi has been married to Jeff for 31 years and has 2 grown and beautiful daughters.

Marjorie Cutamora, Billing

Marjorie Cutamora joined House Call Medical Services as a Medical Biller in 2025, bringing 4 years of combined experience in customer service, medical billing,  and executive assistance at an international school in Thailand. A licensed professional teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in English, Marjorie currently serves as a Claim Specialist, where she oversees the process of addressing unpaid or disputed claims, reviews patient insurance coverage and demographic records, audits payment details for correctness, and partners with insurance representatives to resolve matters promptly.

Outside of work, Marjorie enjoys traveling alone and immersing herself in new cultures, cuisines, and communities. Her recent favorite trip was to Nepal, where the movie Doctor Strange was filmed, and where she witnessed the traditional cremation process along the riverside — a profound cultural experience. She also maintains an active lifestyle by walking 5,000–10,000 steps daily, whether through city streets or scenic parks.  

Monique Cutamora, Billing

Monique joined House Call Medical Services as a medical biller in 2025, bringing 9 years of experience in customer service, training, and medical billing. She plays a key role in managing the claims process, documentation, disputes, determining coverage, and communicating with insurance and other involved parties. Ensuring accurate claims from initiation to resolution.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching horror movies, anime, and spending time with her family and dogs. She's fond of looking after kids as well. Monique wants to travel the world in the future.

Regine Valenzuela, RN, Billing

Regine joined HCMS as a medical biller in 2024, bringing in 14 years of experience in customer service, medical billing, and training. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Notre Dame University - Cotabato City and is an RN. She plays a key role in coding the visits properly, ensuring that the claims are accurate and complete before being submitted, following up on unpaid/disputed claims, checking the payment for accuracy, and communicating with the insurance for any discrepancies.

In her free time, Regine writes short stories, which she records into a podcast and Fillish (Filipino-English) novels on Wattpad. She also loves watching crime documentaries, horror and psychological thrillers, and procedural movies and TV series. She is a proud mom of two and finds joy in expressing herself through her writing.
