Meet our Mental Health Providers
Belinda Jacobs, LMSW
Belinda joined House Call Medical Services in 2023 and brings 30 years of experience in healthcare. This includes work in traditional counseling offices, in-home counseling, and specialty counseling regarding adoption and crisis care. She also has experience as a hospital social worker, specializing in neonatal and burn units.
Belinda earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas. She is passionate about providing accessible, patient-centered care and has a strong interest in supporting individuals with mental and emotional health issues. Belinda brings a well-rounded clinical background and a welcoming sense of humor that quickly makes patients feel at ease.
Outside of work, Belinda enjoys traveling and hiking. She is a proud parent and grandparent and enjoys spending time with her husband, beautiful daughters, new grandson, and her two border collies.
Deborah Olien, LSCSW
Deborah Olien joined House Call Medical Services as a Licensed Social Worker in 2025, bringing 25 years of experience providing mental health support to people of all ages. Deborah graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and in 2000, she earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas. She has advanced training in several modalities used to help her clients feel better. Deborah brings experience from working in foster care, community mental health, and the school setting. She plays a key role in providing high-quality, relational, and effective emotional support to people experiencing various life transitions and experiences. Deborah especially enjoys helping people feel their best.
Outside of work, Deborah enjoys riding her bicycle, baking, and camping. She is a wife, mother to six children and three stepchildren, and has two dogs.
Siegfried “Ziggy” Mboya, PMHNP-C
Siegfried “Ziggy” Mboya, PMHNP-C, joined House Call Medical Services in 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. His clinical background includes work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including behavioral health hospitals and addiction treatment centers.
Ziggy brings over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, long-term care, and home health. He is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care and plays a key role in supporting individuals within their homes and communities.
Outside of work, Ziggy enjoys spending time with his family, walking the Wichita trails, and going to the gym. He is a proud father of three—two in college and one in fifth grade—and values staying active, being present with his family, and building meaningful connections with those around him.
